• Important InformationThe flight times specified in the program are provided by the relevant airline. The agency is not responsible for any changes to flight times. Therefore, in case of any change in schedule, the program may be revised.
• The name, surname, and date of birth information provided at the time of reservation must be complete and accurate as it appears in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made afterward.
• Hotel voucher and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date.
• Due to weather conditions, changes can be made to extra tours. In such cases, the company reserves the right to make the necessary arrangements.
• All guests are required to carry their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Guests without a printout of their tickets are responsible for their own entry into the country.
• It is recommended that guests enable international use for their mobile phones.
• Accommodation and Room ArrangementsTriple rooms can be given depending on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. Usually, there is 1 double bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is considered accepted by the guest.
• Child discounts are valid only for a single child staying in the same room as two adults and meeting the age criteria.
• Breakfasts at hotels are served in a continental style in accordance with the culture of the country visited and may be served in a separate hall for groups in some cases.
• Twin beds may be provided in some hotels. Requests for room type changes during the hotel stay are at the hotel's discretion.
• Tours and ExcursionsThe panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide's commentary, lasting about 2–3 hours. They do not include museum and site entries.
• Tours may be canceled or content changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the company is not responsible. If necessary, tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot.
• Other MattersNo cancellation or change is allowed for promotional and early reservation discounted tours.
• The company acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays and changes in schedule may occur on regular or special flights. These situations are deemed to be accepted by the guests in advance.
• Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.
• Visa and Passport InformationA UK (United Kingdom) visa is required for Turkish citizens. For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the necessary documents must be submitted to the agency.
• Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry to the country. The decision to grant entry is at the discretion of border police. The company is not responsible for this situation.
• The company is not responsible for problems arising from worn, wet, or damaged passports. Passports must be in good condition.
• For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, a notarized letter of consent is required. Problems may arise at entry and exit without this document.

Tour Participation RequirementThe tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If there is insufficient participation, you will be notified of the cancellation via the agency at least 20 days before the tour departure.
