DAY 1: VENICE
DAY 1: VENICE

Veneto is a region that enchants with its harmony of contrasts: from the calm of its canals to the strength of its mountains, from neatly ordered vineyards to lively squares where art meets everyday life. It is a land where beauty reveals itself in the details: in frescoed architecture, in reflections on the water, in hills covered with olive trees and vineyards, in the aromas drifting from ancient kitchens. Traveling by train, the landscape slowly changes, offering ever-new views: medieval villages, noble villas, steaming thermal baths, and peaceful lakes.

The cuisine tells the story of a people deeply connected to land and water: polenta, wild herbs, rice, legumes, river and sea fish, all accompanied by renowned wines such as Prosecco, Valpolicella, Soave, and Raboso. In every season, Veneto surprises. In spring, gardens bloom beside historic palaces; in summer, life unfolds outdoors among festivals and local fairs; autumn brings the scent of the grape harvest and chestnuts; winter reveals a subtle charm of poetic mists and soft lights. Veneto is an invitation to slow down, to listen, to savor. It is a journey into elegance, memory, and taste.
